1. Are you currently under a monitoring contract with an alarm company? If you are under contract, check to see when it expires. Note: Your contract may have a clause that says it automatically renews for one or more years unless you notify the company 30 days prior to the expiration date. So don’t delay checking this out and taking action!
2. You need to notify your present alarm monitoring company in writing that you wish to discontinue your service.
3. If you don't have a written contract, we can begin immediately to provide the monitoring service. It only takes a couple hours to get you converted over to the NCA cost saving service.
