Basic Landline Monitoring
Cost: $9.95 per month
With the Basic Landline Monitoring package, all of your business’ security devices* will be covered by the NCA system. The package includes 24-hour alarm protection with COPS monitoring, and any emergency or breach communications will be conducted through your landline.

Wireless/Cellular GSM Monitoring
Cost: $24.95 per month
The Wireless/Cellular GSM Monitoring package also covers all of your business’ security devices* and includes 24-hour alarm protection with COPS monitoring, but emergency communications are sent to dispatchers through a secure and tamper-resistant digital cellular dialer unit (purchased separately). This package is also state licensed and insured, and it includes opening & closing reports.

Opening & Closing Reports
Cost: $5 per month
An upgrade to the monitoring package you choose, the Opening & Closing Reports are a thorough report of how and when your office is being accessed, and by whom. You also will have real-time access to your report history.
Remote Access
Cost: $5 per month
An upgrade for Wireless/Cellular Monitoring customers, the Remote Access feature gives you the ability to use your cellular dialer to arm or disarm your system, allow specific user access, and receive secure status updates about alarms.
Billing
Another benefit of choosing NCA? There are no long-term contracts! You also can decide how frequently you want to be billed for your commercial alarm system package.
Both our Basic Landline Monitoring and Wireless/Cellular GSM Monitoring packages allow for three different billing methods: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
If you add other monitoring features like Opening & Closing Reports or Remote Access to your commercial package, your billing rate will be adjusted accordingly.
